This course will cover sources of evidence including at an inspection, on the internet, and determining the correct business entity and responsible parties. Also covered will be the uses of evidence, the importance of admissions, witness statements, and how to prove knowledge.
The course will be taught by Deputy District Attorney Lisa Brown, Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
The course is free, but pre-registration is required on the CHMIA website (chmia.com).
