37th Annual CHMIA Training Conference

On-line registration is now available for the 37th Annual CHMIA Training Conference to be held on April 17-19, 2024, at the Cliffs Hotel located at 2757 Shell Beach Rd in Pismo Beach! Travel days = April 16^th and April 19^th (the conference ends at 12:00 PM on April 19^th).

IMPORTANT: CHMIA is no longer accepting check payments. All payments related to membership dues and/or the conference registration fee must be paid online via credit card. If your agency is responsible for payments related to membership and/or conference registration and would like to set up a free AGENCY ADMIN ACCOUNT for purposes of making bulk online payments via credit card, please direct them to the following webpage for more details and eligibility requirements (see section about Agency Admins): https://www.chmia.com/apply-for-membership/. All conference-related documents will be saved to the ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE page in the Members Only area of the website. Expired members will have limited access to the CHMIA website until their membership dues have been paid. After logging in to your account, click on the link for ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE located under the DOWNLOADS section.

CONFERENCE DETAILS AND REMINDERS:

• Conference Registration Fee ($100.00): All attendees (including Life Members, CHMIA Board Members, and Speakers who are attending all 3 days of the conference) are required to pay the conference registration fee.
• Membership Dues ($50.00): If you are a NEW or EXPIRED member OR, if your membership expires during the month of April 2024, you will need to pay your membership dues first in order to register for the conference. Only active CHMIA members are allowed to register for the conference.
• Conference Meals Provided: The following meals are provided during the conference: breakfast on 4/17, 4/18, and 4/19; lunch on 4/17 and 4/18; and dinner on 4/17.
• Continuing Ed/Credits: POST and REHS certification pending. Approved number of credits/CEUs will be posted after the agenda is finalized
• CHMIA Room Block: The CHMIA Room Block is restricted to active CHMIA members only. For room block details, login to your CHMIA account and click on ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE. Under the section for the 2024 CHMIA Training Conference, download the file titled “2024 CHMIA Conference Registration Instructions.”
• Final Conference Agenda: The finalized conference agenda is saved to the 2024 CHMIA Training Conference folder on the ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE page (login required for access).
