Communication and De-escalation Workshop
This eight-hour workshop will educate attendees on an easy to employ, highly effective, universal communication system (The Wolfson Formula). It helps professionals maintain their own behavior in stressful and critical situations, gain compliance from difficult people, and achieve cooperation in difficult situations. The “Wolfson Formula” has been tested and used effectively for over ten years in various situations, including: public interactions, regulatory inspections, victim/witness interviews, investigations, and other “high stakes” and “high stress” situations.

IMPORTANT: Only active/current CHMIA members will receive a certificate of completion for this training. Additionally, if this training reaches capacity, CHMIA members will be given priority to attend over non-CHMIA members.
