Upcoming Western States Project Trainings

May 20-24, 2024 (10:00 AM to 3:30 PM per day): (Virtual) Introduction to Environmental Enforcement – $400/person. This is a scenario-driven course that introduces regulatory inspectors and attorneys to administrative, civil, and criminal environmental enforcement options, strategies and processes from the initiation of an inspection to the conclusion of a case.

June 24, 2024 (Virtual): Elements of a Violation – $125/person

June 27, 2024 (Virtual): Note Taking & Report Writing – $125/person

Click on the blue box to get redirected to the new WSP online registration and payment system.
You can register and pay online for classes OR you can request an invoice.

ATTENTION CHMIA MEMBERS: All WSP classes qualify for CHMIA’s Tuition Reimbursement Program! If you’ve been an active CHMIA member for equal to or greater than 1 year, you may qualify for reimbursement of registration costs through CHMIA’s Tuition Reimbursement Program. All Tuition Reimbursement Applications must be submitted to the member’s designated CHMIA Regional Director for review and approval PRIOR to the training date. Please see CHMIA’s Scholarship and Tuition Policy for more details. To access the policy and application, login to your CHMIA account and click on “Publications and Forms” located under “Downloads” on the “My Account” page. Please note that any Tuition Reimbursement applications/requests submitted/received after the training date will not be approved.
